What would you do? You will be aligned with our Life Sciences R&D vertical. Our services span across the entire life sciences enterprise, from research laboratories, clinical trials support, and regulatory services, to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory, helping the world s leading biopharma companies bring their vision to life enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the patient, connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient experience. R&D Automation Enablement Operations focuses on automating research and development processes to increase efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing automated systems for data collection, analysis, and testing. The goal is to speed up R&D activities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. Key tasks involve developing automation tools, integrating them into workflows, and maintaining these systems. Python software development refers to the process of creating software applications, programs, or systems using the Python programming language.
What are we looking for? We are seeking a passionate AI Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong Python development skills, experience with API integration, deployment processes, and Agentic AI concepts. You will contribute to building intelligent applications that leverage modern AI techniques and frameworks. • Strong proficiency in Python programming. • Experience with VS Code or similar IDEs. • Knowledge of Python APIs (development and integration). • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks. • Hands-on experience with deployment processes. • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (building autonomous agents, task orchestration, Embeddings). • Familiarity with software development best practices (version control, testing, debugging).
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python. • Design, build, and integrate Python APIs for various use cases. • Work with VS Code and other development tools to write, test, and debug code. • Explore and implement Agentic AI approaches for autonomous workflows and intelligent agents. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of deployed applications. • Leverage agentic AI to rapidly build and iterate applications using vibe coding.
