Drive end to end understanding of reporting needs and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. Establish and refine reporting workflows, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery process. Take ownership of recurring performance reporting—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—including QBR aligned insights. Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, ensuring high accuracy, speed, and usability.
What are we looking for? • Strong experience in campaign and marketing performance analytics, including KPI tracking, segmentation, and ROI measurement • Hands-on experience supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reporting (incl. QBRs) • Ability to generate insight-driven recommendations that influence marketing and business decisions • Experience driving stakeholder-led reporting enhancements and workflow improvements aligned to campaign goals • Proficiency in Tableau and SQL to enable campaign reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis • Exposure to Python and understanding of clickstream data applications for deeper campaign and customer journey analysis
Roles and Responsibilities: • Translate marketing and campaign reporting needs into scalable dashboards and analytical frameworks that enable performance tracking and optimization • Track campaign effectiveness across channels by monitoring key KPIs such as conversion, retention, incremental lift, and ROI • Conduct audience segmentation and cohort analysis to evaluate campaign impact across customer groups • Identify optimization opportunities through performance trend analysis, and post-campaign evaluations • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reporting, including materials for QBRs and leadership reviews • Monitor campaign effectiveness across channels, ensuring high data integrity while supporting reporting and dashboard development • Write clear and comprehensive documentation, including campaign measurement frameworks, dashboard guides, and reporting playbooks • Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and deliver reporting solutions that improve targeting, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness
