What are we looking for? • 2 – 4+ yrs of overall experience in Data analytics or marketing analytics • Analyze and interpret campaign and marketing data to generate meaningful insights • Proven experience in working with campaign data and marketing performance metrics • Build reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics • Supporting automation and efficiency improvements through data-driven solutions • 2-3 years of strong experience in SQL • Experience in data warehousing techniques like snowflake, GCP, Databricks • Proven experience in marketing analytics or data analysis or campaign analytics • Experience in working with large and complex data models • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Python • Dashboard development (Tableau) development • Industry Experience – CPG, Retail
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop, write, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources • Design, build, and maintain data models and reporting layers using modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, and Databricks • Perform end to end data analysis to support marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and business insights • Partner with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights • Analyze campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization • Work with large, complex, and structured data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Support data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to maintain high standards of data integrity • Prepare clear, concise documentation, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborate effectively within cross functional teams, including data engineering, marketing, and business teams, to deliver analytics solutions on time • Continuously improve analytical processes, queries, and data workflows for better performance and scalability
