Education

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development
• Must have good experience of developing complex processes
• Must have experience in developing End to End solution
• Must have good experience on consuming REST APIs

Technical Skills

• Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework
• Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services
• Should be experienced with BPD design
• Should have knowledge on process application deployments
• Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM
• Advance knowledge on events and gateways
• Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM
• Should be expert in exception handelling at process and service level.

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectivenessby sharing  deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter,   Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
