IDMC Developer - Assistant Manager

Position: IDMC, DQ & CDGC Assistant Manager

Experience: 6-9 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and grow client accounts with onshore stakeholders.
  2. Lead accounts delivery team focused on IDMC and Data Governance, having hands on delivery responsibility as well
  3. Implement and maintain Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) solutions to ensure accurate and consistent data across the organization.
  4. Develop and deploy data quality rules, mappings, and cleansing routines using IDQ tools.
  5. Collaborate with data stewards and business users to understand data quality requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  6. Lead the design, development, and deployment of information data management solutions.
  7. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks in the cloud environment.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  9. Implement data governance policies and procedures to manage and protect data assets.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices.
  11. Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies within the organization.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in information data management and cloud data governance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of 6-9 years in information data management, data quality and cloud data governance.
  3. Strong understanding of data quality concepts, data profiling, parsing, standardization, and cleansing techniques.
  4. Strong knowledge of data governance principles, practices, and tools.
  5. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and technologies.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  7. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to data governance.
  8. Certifications in data management and cloud governance are a plus.
