About the Role:

The Imaging Artist is responsible for delivering high-quality packaging renders and

final imagery to support reviews, approvals, and execution. This role also

provides day-to-day operational management for the imaging team, including

managing briefs, timelines, and workload. The Imaging Artist ensures all imagery is production-accurate and print-ready while driving efficient, scalable workflows.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality renders and final imagery for reviews, presentations, and execution

  • Ensure all imagery is production-accurate and print-ready, accounting for printing processes, specifications, and limitations

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and support for the imaging team, including intake of briefs, prioritization, and workload balancing

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule

  • Own and evolve end-to-end imaging workflows, from initial build through final delivery

  • Build, maintain, and evolve an image and 3D render library, ensuring assets are accurate, well-organized, reusable, and easy to access

  • Present work and team output in reviews, forums, and cross-functional meetings, clearly articulating creative intent and technical considerations

  • Partner with designers, packaging engineers, and stakeholders to align on scope, expectations, and execution

  • Prepare, version, and adapt assets efficiently for multiple outputs, including print, digital, and presentation formats

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to increase efficiency, problem-solving, and execution speed

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve quality, and support team scalability

  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Demonstrated experience producing print-ready imagery and working within production constraints

  • Experience working in the packaging space

  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities

  • Ability to lead work through influence, including providing direction and feedback to peers

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present work and manage expectations

  • High level of attention to detail and visual craftsmanship

  • Comfort adopting new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience with 3D rendering or photorealistic imagery

  • Motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar), useful for presentations, storytelling, and exploratory concepts

  • Familiarity with packaging production workflows and vendor partnerships

  • Experience incorporating generative AI tools into professional creative workflows

  • Demonstrated success improving or standardizing workflows
