KPMG Resource Centre (KRC) is a team of 3,000+ colleagues serving audit clients of primarily KPMG Europe and a few other countries. KRC’s services include end-to-end Audits, IT Audits, Data Analytics, Engagement Support Hub, Transaction 

Assurance and ESG, among others. The business supports multiple sectors and is currently present in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai. 

Roles & responsibilities

•Support with implementation and CCT evaluation process for MFs and working closely with Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager / Project Manager•Understand the impact and purpose of the project on the overall processes of the MF Audit business and support the project for a qualitative conclusion•Working closely with process owners across functions to understand their processes and controls•Testing of central controls for Design and Operating effectiveness and discuss queries, if any with their supervisor•Providing regular status update on the testing progress to the Reporting Manager/PMO•Resolving queries in a meaningful manner including liaising with global team, if required•Be a first POC for an Analyst in the team and hand hold them for any understanding for documentation/query drafting/testing of controls•Support AM/M in conducting knowledge sessions with MFs/ Internal training sessions

Educational qualifications

•MBA / B.Com with relevant experience noted below•Work experience•Candidates with 0-1 years experience in Internal Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms), preferably with a Big 4 firm.
