Responsibilities:

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

· Responsible for delivering high quality ABAP development work according to the established standards to release valuable features frequently to customers.

· The developer works in an Agile environment and oversee the full life cycle development of product development, working in SCRUM team following the Agile/SCRUM methodology.

· Execute all development related activities (design based on defined technical requirements, development, testing, DevOps) needed to get new increments into product release & user availability.

· Actively pulls backlog items each sprint as per agreed sprint plan.

Experience (Role Requirements):

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

· 3-8 years of relevant IT experience.

· Strong ABAP technical background and willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues

· UI5 skills are a definite plus

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Excellent collaboration and team building skills across different functional roles and locations.

· Proven ability to work in a distributed setup

· Very good Knowledge of spoken and written English

· Excellent Object Orientated Programming Skills is mandatory

· Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
