Job Description & Summary: A career with PwC in Zoho Manage Engine practice for managing and leading projects on ManageEngine Service Desk Plus

Responsibilities:

· Expertise in working with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus and UEM · Expertise in implementation of ManageEngine Service Desk Plus and UEM · Responsible for cloud deployment, programming workflows, enhancements including third party integration · Creating & maintaining design specifications, architectural diagram & process diagram of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus tool and UEM. · Candidate should have good understanding of ITIL processes to effectively integrate them with ManageEngine solutions · Candidate should be able to configure policies and profiles for accessing enterprise resources and remotely control devices without installing additional agents · Candidate should have experience in managing Service Requests, Incident handling, change management etc. · Should have experience to integrate ManageEngine’s On-Premises and Cloud-based solutions, · Should have experience to build custom applications on AppCreator and launch them On-Premises · Knowledge on ManageEngine AI Designing and Advanced IT analytics for configuring reports and dashboards · Excel knowledge & understanding of integrations with ManageEngine SDP CDMB, ZOHO products and supporting technologies · Good Insights on Agile Methodologies, Critical thinking, and ability to provide best market solutions to the clients · Deluge Scripting is must & Zoho Certification will be an added advantage · Responsible for gathering business requirements, consulting, and suggesting solutions proactively · Client facing roles preferable

Mandatory skill sets:

Hands on experience of implementation, customization and integration for Zoho Manage Engine modules such as: 1. Service Management 2. Asset Management 3. Change and Release Management 4. Project Management 5. CMDB setup

Preferred skill sets:

Hands on experience of native integrations for ManageEngine Service Desk Plus modules: 1. AD manager Plus 2. Applications Manager 3. OP Manager 4. Advanced analytics 5. Password Manager Pro 6. AD self-service plus 7. Desktop & mobile device management
