Job Description

  • We are looking for building up our sales team in conveyors and handling areas.
  • Candidate would be expected to generate leads and business with existing as well as new clients in FMCG and Automotive areas. Following is the brief criterias for selection
  • Knowledge of  top customers in FMCG sector with info on secondary and primary packaging lines
  • Should be able to generate concept based on customer requirement, selection of right products and estimation
  • Achievement of  sales target as assigned for allocated customers
  • Competition analysis

Qualifications

B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales of Conveyors in FMCG area

Prefer to have below skill sets / exposures:

-        Customer orientation, Products Knowledge, Communication Skills

-        should have worked in area of conveyors

-        Presentation Skills, Sales Skills (Negotiation, Pricing, Networking, Customer satisfaction obsession, etc.)

-        Contract / Legal Knowledge, Quality System, Cross-selling know-how and Mindset, Compliance, Sales Coordination/Steering - CRM/Robin
