Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . * Good knowledge in Molding  (Transfer or Injection molding) and Tooling's 

*Good knowledge in ADC Cleaning and PCBA cleaning

*Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
* Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
* 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
* Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
* Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
* Process Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
* PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
* New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
* Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.

BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

Technical 

Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability,

Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process.
As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.
