Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in LLMs, AI/ML architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, and cloud-native deployments. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, driving AI strategy, leading solution design, and ensuring successful implementation of GenAI-based applications.

Responsibilities: 

• Architecture & Solution Design

  · Design end-to-end Generative AI architectures using LLMs, Transformer models, multimodal AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

  · Build scalable AI systems leveraging cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), vector databases, and MLOps frameworks.

  · Evaluate and select AI/ML models (open-source & proprietary) based on business requirements, performance, and constraints.

  · Implement RAG architectures, fine-tuning, model optimization, and prompt engineering best practices.

  · Lead technical development of GenAI features including chatbots, copilots, document-processing pipelines, recommendation systems, and automation workflows.

  · Integrate GenAI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.

  · Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define AI roadmaps and solution strategies.

  · Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure delivery quality across GenAI initiatives.

  · Conduct PoCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to drive innovation.

  · Ensure responsible AI usage, adherence to governance frameworks, and compliance with security and data protection standards.

  · Optimize AI models for performance, latency, cost efficiency, and reliability.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  Technical Expertise

  · 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or related roles.

  · Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and transformer-based architectures.

  · Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma), and embeddings.

  · Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

  · Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain/LlamaIndex.

  · Strong cloud knowledge: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent.

  · Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

  · Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  · Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

  · Problem-solving mindset with experience in delivering scalable AI solutions.

  Good to Have

  · Experience with multimodal AI (vision, speech, video).

  · Exposure to AI agents and orchestration frameworks.

  · Knowledge of enterprise search, knowledge graphs, and NLP pipelines.

  · Familiarity with vector embeddings optimization and custom model training.

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• Deep expertise in Python programming for automation testing. 

• Good knowledge in manual Testing 

• 3+ years’ experience with Playwright for browser automation across languages. 

• 2-3 years of experience in API testing practices. 

• Acquaintance with AI in automation testing to innovate and optimize testing approaches. 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

• Familiarity with Robot Framework complemented by Browser Library for comprehensive testing suites. 

• Experience and knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript with Selenium 

• 3+ years of experience in test automation or similar roles.
