Responsibilities: 

• Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral competencies)

  Must-Have 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. Strong communication skills, both written and oral 3. 4+ years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x , Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud , Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems 4. Experience administering a Unix/Linux-based production environment of Directory Servers, such as ForgeRock OpenDJ/DS, openDS, UnboundID/Ping Directory, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), and openLDAP. 5. Understanding LDAP entries, schema, replication, ACIs, filters, monitoring, best practices, and other key aspects of LDAP. 6. Scripting of LDAP Server installation with custom configurations (server settings, schema, data, ACIs, replication, etc). 7. Use of command line LDAP tools such as ldapsearch and ldapmodify.E 8. Experience leading the analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of LDAP outages in Production environments.

  Good-to-Have 1. Technical knowledge of ADFS, Active Directory 2. Background in working in an Operations team

  3. Working knowledge of ServiceNow
