Responsibilities: 

 Process Automation & Improvement Consultant to lead transformational initiatives that combine Lean Six Sigma methodologies with cutting-edge automation technologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and optimize organizational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean principles alongside advanced automation tools including automation platforms and workflow optimization technologies to conduct comprehensive process assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable operational excellence. This role requires a unique blend of process excellence, business process analysis capabilities, and technical automation proficiency to partner with cross-functional teams, design optimized value streams, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that eliminate non-value-added activities while enhancing process capability and control. 

 

 Mandatory skill sets:  

Process mapping and modeling with Tools such as ARIS, Signavio
