You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Responsibilities

· Architect and design AI solutions aligned with business objectives

· Lead end-to-end AI solutioning including feasibility analysis, architecture design, and deployment

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems

· Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in AI implementations

Mandatory Skill sets:

· Strong understanding of Agentic Frameworks for autonomous AI agents

· Expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP) for interoperability and orchestration

· Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture for LLM-based solutions

· Proficiency in AI/ML platforms, cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP), and modern data pipelines

· Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI governance
