Job Description & Summary:
A career within PwC India as an agentic automation developer who will combine technical automation expertise with business process analysis skills to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on developing comprehensive process maps, models, and generating actionable process intelligence insights using industry-leading automation and process mining tools.
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Design
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and process models using industry-standard tools
Conduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders across various business units
Create comprehensive process documentation including AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
Design optimized processes that align with automation capabilities and business objectives
Automation Development
Design and implement automation solutions based on process analysis findings
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into automated workflows
Support the development and deployment of automation tools and technologies
Ensure automation solutions align with established process models and business requirements
Process Automation Intelligence & Insights
Extract and analyze process data to generate actionable business insights
Develop process performance metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency improvements
Create executive dashboards and reports to communicate process analytics findings
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and automation initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and pain points
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process optimization and automation tools
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and project teams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process automation implementations
Mandatory skill sets:
Process Automation & Intelligence Development technical Skills:
Process Automation and Intelligence tool experience with: Uipath Process gold, Automation anywhere process discovery Celonis, Signavio, ARIS
Other Technology experience: Strong ETL Knowledge with API integration and system integration
Communication and stakeholder management:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Preferred skill sets:
Previous experience in process transformation or digital transformation projects
Experience in enterprise environments (SAP, Oracle) with complex business processes
Knowledge of industry-specific processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Service)
Experience with process mining tools (ProcessGold, Celonis, Signavio, Aris)
Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms. Basic understanding of database querying (SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
