Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Title: Azure Operations Resource (Level 9+)
Location: No location constraint, work in shifts, EST time zone
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Operations Resource with a strong background in managing and maintaining complex Azure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance of our Azure infrastructure, implementing best practices for operations, monitoring, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, monitor, and optimize Azure infrastructure and services (VMs, networking, storage, databases, etc.).
2. Incident management
3. Troubleshooting user reported issues
4. Implement and maintain operational best practices, including backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability.
5. Monitor Azure environments for performance, security, and availability issues, and respond to incidents promptly.
6. Automate operational tasks using Azure Automation, PowerShell, or other scripting tools.
7. Provide expertise and guidance on Azure operational challenges and solutions.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Azure DevOps Resource to lead and implement our continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices within Azure. The successful candidate will drive automation, improve deployment processes, and foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
2. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for various applications and services on Azure using Azure Biceps.
3. Administer and configure Azure DevOps organizations, projects, repositories, and build agents.
4. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep.
5. Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize development workflows and ensure seamless deployments.
6. Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications and infrastructure.
7. Assigning permissions, troubleshooting issues reported by users and incident management.
