Project Role Description : Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solutions cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.
Must have skills : Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft PowerShell
Good to have skills : Microsoft Active Directory
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and documentation of complex technical environments that support organizational goals. This role requires evaluating various architectural options, establishing standards and processes to maintain consistency, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. The position also includes overseeing solution deployment, defining testing criteria, and assessing the total cost of ownership for proposed architectures, all while fostering clear communication and collaboration across teams to promote a unified technical vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive records to support future reference and audits.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure technical architectures that align with business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline deployment and management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
