Project Role Description : Design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.
Must have skills : Exadata Administration
Good to have skills : MySQL Database Administration, Oracle Exadata Database Machine

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Lead, you will design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance, and meet dynamic business demands. You will coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve analyzing infrastructure requirements, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze infrastructure requirements and develop solutions. - Manage and oversee the implementation of infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations. - Provide resources and support to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of the infrastructure. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to IT infrastructure. - Identify and address any issues or challenges related to infrastructure management. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in infrastructure operations. - Train and mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Exadata Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL Database Administration, Oracle Exadata Database Machine. - Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices. - Experience in managing and maintaining Exadata Database Machine. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for Exadata. - Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for Exadata. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exadata administration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Exadata Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
