Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the necessary specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to design discussions, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements, ensuring that all components function seamlessly within the larger technology ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
