•  Job Requirements: 
• 7 Years as working on Infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery).
• End to end life cycle of managed environments (manage from and to) covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting etc.
• Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding (Windows, Linux, AIX etc). Practical experience of working on site with heterogeneous instances.
• Ability to manage projects end to end.
• Ability to create and update documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures and others for IT supported services and applications.
• Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams, understand requirement & provide solutions/resolutions.
• Effective communication skill.
• Desire & ability to learn & grow.
• Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration would be preferable.

Qualification – Should be a graduate
