Job Description

Academic Counselor is the face of Vedantu for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage Vedantu Platform for their learning. Roles and Responsibilities ● Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls. ● Comfortable making cold calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day. ● Present demo session virtually. ● Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales. ● Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals ● Respond quickly to assigned leads ● Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics. Desired Candidate Profile ● Good communication skills. ● 03 months to 02 years of experience ● Willingness to pursue career in sales ● Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers ● Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality. ● Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable. ● Candidates should have a laptop with functional audio/video plugins.
