What would you do? Responsibilities · Leads and manages a hybrid inside sales team consisting of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Account Representatives (ISARs). · Owns performance across the full sales funnel, including pipeline generation, qualification (BANT), opportunity progression, deal close, and post-sale account management. · Drives execution of inside sales methodologies to meet or exceed pipeline, revenue, and quota targets. · Conducts regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, call calibrations, and coaching sessions. · Ensures strong collaboration and handoff between SDR and ISAR roles to maximize conversion rates and pipeline velocity. · Develops and executes go-to-market (GTM) and territory execution plans aligned to client objectives. · Monitors and analyzes KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts to identify risks and implement corrective actions. · Maintains rigorous CRM hygiene, reporting cadence, and forecast accuracy. · Acts as an escalation point for sales execution, process, or customer experience issues. · Partners cross-functionally with Enablement, Marketing, Quality, Analytics, and Delivery Leadership. · Supports continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and sales plays. · Participates in client and internal business reviews, providing insights on performance, trends, and opportunities.
What are we looking for? •Basic Qualifications · 7 - 11 years of experience in inside sales management or team leadership, with prior hands-on sales experience. · Experience managing quota-carrying sales teams in a KPI-driven environment. · Demonstrated ability to coach sellers across both lead generation (SDR) and full-cycle sales (ISAR) motions. · Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and conversion metrics. · Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and performance dashboards. · Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and drive consistent execution. · Strong communication skills with experience leading performance and coaching conversations. Preferred Qualifications · Experience managing inside sales teams within the telecommunications, technology, or B2B services industries. · Familiarity with telecom and technology solutions, including core connectivity (wireless, wireline) and advanced offerings (cloud, security, managed services, SD-WAN). · Experience operating in scaled or pilot Digital Inside Sales environments. · Exposure to multi-product or multi-solution sales portfolios. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field. · Experience using sales enablement and analytics tools to drive performance improvement. · Strong change-management mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving sales programs. •--- Leadership Profile · People-first leader who coaches to outcomes while building trust, accountability, and engagement. · Data-driven and execution-focused, using performance insights to guide decisions and corrective actions. · Strong sales acumen, able to diagnose pipeline issues and translate strategy into daily seller behaviors. · Comfortable operating as a player-coach, balancing hands-on support with leadership oversight.
