Purpose

• As Inspection Coordinator, you ensure that all equipment, materials, and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing inspection activities to ensure compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

• · Inspection Planning: You develop and implement inspection plans and schedules based on project requirements and regulatory standards.
• · Coordination: You coordinate with internal teams, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate inspection activities.
• · Documentation: You maintain comprehensive records of inspection reports, certificates, and non-conformance reports.
• · Compliance Monitoring: You ensure all inspections comply with industry standards, company policies, projects requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• · Issue Resolution: You identify, document, and facilitate the resolution of any non-conformances or quality issues.
• · Communication: You provide regular updates to the project management team, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders on inspection status and findings.
• · Vendor Liaison: You work with suppliers and contractors to ensure their inspection processes meet project standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field, along with relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance.

Experience

• · Proven experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance in the oil and gas industry.
• · Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• · Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• · Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• · Proficiency in inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
