Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.

Must have:
Design Service now security schema.
Design, develop, and support bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and security tools
Developer scripted REST API.
Design Develop and Configure ACL for Table, Fields and Records, based on the business requirements.
Experience in integration with Identity and Access management applications.
Experience in Integration Hub spokes with security controls and error handling.
Manage and secure MID Servers used for integrations.
Able to design and Maintain flows related to security integrations.
Automate compliance workflows.
Knowledge on predictive threat intelligence, Vulnerability scanners and SOAR platforms.
Service now development and Administration.

Good To have:
Experience in CMDB and CSDM.
Fundamentals on Discovery to understand Ip based discoveries.
