As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires understanding and translating customer requirements into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The Integration Engineer actively drives discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, while contributing to the design of functional and application systems. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with client expectations is a key focus throughout the day, fostering collaboration and innovation to support successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices within the oil and gas downstream sector.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions that align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and data exchange protocols relevant to system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
