Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in shaping technology and business solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a seamless integration experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of API management and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
