Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in integration technologies, specifically MuleSoft and TIBCO. - Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven track record of successful integration project delivery. - Experience with additional integration tools and methodologies. - Ability to innovate and improve existing integration processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Good to have skills: Java, Springboot, Microservices, API Management, Cloud Integration. • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage integration projects using MuleSoft and TIBCO technologies. - Design and implement integration solutions to optimize business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Ensure the scalability and reliability of integration systems. - Mentor junior team members and guide them in best practices for integration.
