Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Implement and uphold data retention practices to ensure compliance and data integrity. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management in German Language A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Incident Management. Intermediate proficiency in Problem Management.
