IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the organization's technology needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, IT industry trends, and recruiting best practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for matching the best talent with our company’s technical requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, technical recruiter, or in a similar recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, etc.).
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
