Identify and log issues and outages to ensure effective tracking and resolution. Monitor incidents and escalate as necessary to meet service level agreements. Analyze trends and propose improvements to enhance service delivery. Deploy service management procedures and tools to ensure compliance with documentation standards. Operate IT production services in alignment with established management protocols. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Hardware Asset Management. Advanced proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in ITIL Framework. Advanced proficiency in Service Level Management. Expert proficiency in Incident Management. Intermediate proficiency in Change Management. Advanced proficiency in Problem Management.
