• Experience leading QA teams or acting as a test/automation lead across multiple releases. • Expertise in building reusable automation components, applying design patterns, and improving framework maintainability. • Experience with test execution and reporting practices that improve visibility and decision-making for releases. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams. • Exposure to performance and API testing concepts and integrating automation into modern delivery pipelines. Good to have skills: TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Git, Jenkins Location: Trivandrum, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai • Lead QA strategy and execution across projects, ensuring robust automated testing coverage and release readiness. • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based Selenium automation frameworks aligned with best practices and long-term scalability. • Define test plans, test cases, and automation suites for functional, regression, and smoke testing across applications. • Review automation code, enforce quality standards, and drive improvements in test design, stability, and execution speed. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, identify risks early, and ensure testability of features. • Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and evidence. • Mentor and guide QA engineers, supporting skill development, task planning, and consistent delivery across the team. • Track quality metrics and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders in a timely manner.
