• Primary skills: Technology->Full stack->Java Full stack->Reactive Programming->react JS,Technology->UI & Markup Language->ANGULARJS2 • Project Management fundamentals • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes. • Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering. • Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality. • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full stack Java projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. - Utilize Java and React expertise to guide technical decisions and problem-solving. - Implement best practices for software development and project management. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders. - Mentor and support team members in their professional growth. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience of 8-15 years in Java Full Stack development. - Strong expertise in Java and React. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Angular and its integration with Java applications. - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large-scale projects. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
