Java + Springboot Lead

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end design and development of backend services using Java, Core Java, Java EE, and Spring Boot. • Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. • Collaborate with front-end teams (e.g., Angular) to design clear, efficient RESTful APIs and integration contracts. • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in object-oriented design, testing, and security. • Drive technical discussions, perform impact analysis, and provide effort estimates for new features and enhancements. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and improvements. • Optimize application performance, including query tuning, caching strategies, and resource utilization. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their technical growth. • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and high-quality releases. • Maintain clear technical documentation for services, APIs, and architectural decisions. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech, BE, BSc, BCA, MTech, ME, MCA, MSc). • 5–9 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Core Java. • Strong experience building applications with Spring Boot and related Spring ecosystem components. • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures. • Solid understanding of Java EE concepts and enterprise application development patterns. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML. • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and familiarity with standard development tools (build, version control, IDEs).
