Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design, configure, and develop solutions using TotalAgility, focusing on capture, process management, case management, and integration activities.

• Workflow Implementation: Create and configure basic and advanced case workflows, including dynamic deadlines, milestones, rules, and exceptions.

• Capture Integration: Implement comprehensive cognitive capture processes incorporating features such as separation, classification, extraction, and validation.

• System Integration: Develop integrations with external systems using tools such as web services (SOAP, REST), message connectors, and .NET components.

• Forms and Interfaces: Design and build user interfaces (forms) within TotalAgility to support business processes and user tasks.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, and support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality and defect-free solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.

• Mentorship: May be required to lead and mentor junior developers on TotalAgility projects.

• Upgrades and Maintenance: Assist with product installation, upgrade activities, and ongoing maintenance of TotalAgility solutions. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience developing and implementing solutions using Tungsten (Kofax) TotalAgility.

• Certification: Certification in TotalAgility is required. Professional or Advanced Developer certification is preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the .NET framework (C# or VB.NET) is essential for developing custom components and integrations.

  • Solid understanding of SQL databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.

  • Experience with web services (SOAP and REST).

  • Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery.

• Platform Knowledge:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with the TotalAgility Designer, Workspace, and administrative functions.

  • Knowledge of Transformation Designer and TotalAgility Insights is a plus.

  • Experience with various connectors, including import and export connectors.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in TotalAgility processes. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.

• Integration Experience: Experience integrating TotalAgility with other enterprise applications, such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft products.

• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and related integrations. 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
