About the team:

About the role: (TE)

The Paas Team is the first point of contact for Commercial Sales and Field Sales teams and is responsible for Key Account/National Account level customer and Outlet level customer Agreement and Invoice management and document retention.

The Paas Junior Manager will act as the single point of contact for the Team Leader Pricing processes for the relevant cluster

The role is expected to provide operational, functional, and coaching support to the team and junior members of the team as per the request and instruction from the line manager.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

The Contract and Invoice Operations Specialist will also have specific on-going responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for all Pricing processes 
  • Responsible for quality work for  Pricing processes 

·        Responsibility and ownership of market

  • Liaise & Co-ordinate with market stake holders, sales reps to understand context around claims received, activation status and appropriate evidence required
  • Liaise with internal stake holders
  • Liaise with the customer on Invoicing related issues.
  • Ensure a 100% Compliance across all the areas of Invoicing and Audits
  • Take ownership and devise strategies with the Sales on the invoicing processes.
  • Provide data & work with reporting team to support dashboard on daily basis
  • Service mindset for the market & customer
  • Think out of the box, Go out of what is documented
  • Represent TL as second level, during absence of TL and support the team

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Excellent Business English (Verbal communication & written)
  • Experience in Contract and Invoice operations processes, would be advantageous
  • Results oriented, strong drive and urgency
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Awareness of controls and risk management
  • Strong problem identifying and problem-solving skills.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong SAP, Excel skills
  • Experienced in working within shared service center environment
  • Multi-tasking with precision to accuracy
