Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

The KDNI Advisory Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic initiatives, and business performance of KDNI Advisory at a global level. The Global COO works directly with the CEO and other executive leaders to ensure operational excellence, drive growth, and implement best practices across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with regional leaders to standardize processes and share best practices across all markets.
  • Oversee business performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to the executive team.
  • Drive operational improvements and lead transformation projects to optimize client delivery and internal processes.
  • Manage global budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations teams worldwide.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in each market where KDNI Advisory operates.
  • Represent KDNI Advisory in key client engagements and industry forums as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within a global professional services or advisory firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
