We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with Microsoft and AI Integration expertise to join our Enterprise Search team and contribute to building modern, intelligent, search-driven enterprise solutions. This role focuses on hands-on development, integration, and support of applications that enable collaboration, workflow automation, and AI-powered search experiences across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, and .NET, combined with experience in Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, orchestration frameworks, and Copilot Studio. You will work closely with the development lead, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:  ØDesign and Develop Solutions oBuild custom SharePoint components including web parts, extensions, site templates, and workflows using SPFx, React, and .NET Core. oDevelop full-stack applications leveraging C#, .NET Framework/Core, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end technologies. oImplement AI-driven features using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and orchestration frameworks for Copilot experiences. ØIntegrate Microsoft 365 and AI Services oDevelop integrations with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Graph API, and other Microsoft 365 services. oAssist in configuring and extending Copilot Studio and Copilot Connectors for enterprise workflows. ØCross-Functional Collaboration oWork with solution architects to ensure technical designs align with enterprise architecture standards. oCollaborate with information security teams to meet compliance and data protection requirements. oParticipate in technical discussions and provide input on design and implementation strategies. ØMaintain and Support Environments oSupport existing Enterprise Search applications, including enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and backend upgrades. oDocumentation and Training oPrepare technical documentation and assist internal teams with technical issues.

Experience:

• 4–6 years of work experience in full-stack development and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience with SPFx, React.js, and .NET Core.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, orchestration frameworks, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement modern UI/UX principles for enterprise applications.
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiarity with PnP PowerShell, CAML, and CSOM/JSOM.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio Code.
• Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance models.
