KDNI_GROUP REPORTING_ Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (FIN-CS) solutions.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end group consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to translate statutory, management, and regulatory reporting needs into SAP solutions.
  • Ensure proper data mapping, validation, and integration between Group Reporting, ACDOCA, ACDOCU, and other S/4HANA modules.
  • Oversee intercompany eliminations, ownership changes, and consolidation logic setup.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives for reporting and consolidation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP FP&A, SAP BPC, SAC, and Group Treasury where required.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user onboarding for finance teams.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot issues related to consolidation, data flows, and reporting.
  • Lead documentation, governance, and compliance alignment for consolidation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3–4 years in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation concepts:
    • Intercompany reconciliation and elimination
    • Consolidation of investments
    • Ownership percentages and hierarchy management
    • Currency translation differences
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and related tables (ACDOCA, ACDOCU).
  • Experience in implementing or supporting S/4HANA Group Reporting end‑to‑end.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and collaborate with CFO, FP&A, and audit teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or SAP Certifications (S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting).
  • Experience with SAP BPC, SAP PaPM, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with global consolidations and multi-entity environments.
