Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Plan, execute, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Compensation). Oversee data migration, integrations with payroll, ERP, and other systems; ensure data integrity.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Manage, coach, and mentor project teams or HRIS analysts. Serve as trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders; facilitate executive-level decisions.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, and workshops; configure system to meet business requirements. Define security model: roles, permissions, SOD, access governance.
  • Governance & Change Management: Establish HRIS governance frameworks; manage policies, audit readiness, release schedules, and change controls. Drive change management processes, including user training, communications, and adoption.
  • Incident & Support Management: Provide post-go-live Hypercare support and handle ongoing production tickets and system enhancements.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and advanced reports using tools like SuccessFactors Story Reports or SAP Analytics Cloud. Utilize workforce analytics to inform HR decisions and business optimization.
  • Vendor & Integration Management: Liaise with system integrators and internal IT teams to ensure seamless technical integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new SuccessFactors releases; evaluate and implement system enhancements. Recommend and execute process optimizations, automation, and best practices.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, HR, Business, or related field; project management (PMP/Prince2/Agile) certifications are a plus.
  • Domain & Technical Expertise: 7–10+ years of HRIS experience, with 3–4+ years leading SuccessFactors implementations. Deep knowledge across modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Succession, Payroll, Workforce Analytics.
  • Project & Change Management: Proven ability to drive complex, multi-country/full lifecycle implementations with scalability and budget discipline. Strong experience with change management: training, adoption, and Hypercare.
  • Leadership & Analytics: Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills. Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from HR data; familiarity with SAC is a plus.
  • Compliance & Governance: Experience in maintaining compliance (e.g., GDPR) via data security, audit preparedness, and governance controls.
Desired Experience
  • Full lifecycle, multi-module SuccessFactors implementations, including post-production support.
  • Global deployments in complex matrix environments.
  • Experience in best-in-class HRIS teams and transformations.
