Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for SAP implementations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to CAPM and SAP methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Guide and mentor project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP project management.
• CAPM certification (PMI) or equivalent project management credentials.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience in managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
