Job Description:

• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. Project/Program Management certification preferred.
• Ability to understand the scope of project and creating proposal, planning, estimations.
• Proven experience in all aspects of Automation Development, DevOps CI/CD, Software Testing and QA. 
• Testing experience with D365/SAP/ServiceNow Platform
• Hands on knowledge of testing tools (Selenium/Playwright/UFT etc) and testing methodologies.
• Experience in managing cloud technology platforms.
• Visible leadership/managerial skills is a key factor for this position.
• Experience with developing and implementing efficient QA processes and best practices.
• Experience using QA metrics effectively.
• Experience developing and working with onshore teams, experience engaging temporary outsource resources.
• Exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication, strong team ethics, and excellent attention to detail is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field from an accredited college/university.
