KDNI_SAP_EAM _ Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP PM/EAM modules.

  • Configure and customize SAP EAM objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, BOMs, and Maintenance Plans.

  • Ensure integration between SAP EAM and related modules such as MM, SD, FI, and CO.

  • Conduct workshops with business users to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Handle incident, problem, and service requests related to SAP EAM.

  • Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and tracking SAP EAM–related tasks.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the maintenance function.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM configuration and support.

  • Understanding of integration with MM, FI, CO, PS, and PP.

  • Experience preparing Functional Specs and working with ABAP teams.

  • Good knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • SAP Certification in PM/EAM (preferred).

  • Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
