Key Responsibilities

1. SAP EAM Leadership

• Own and lead the SAP EAM/PM solution and roadmap.
• Guide teams on best practices for maintenance and asset management.

2. Solution Design & Improvement

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP EAM/PM modules.
• Improve maintenance planning, work management, and asset lifecycle processes.

3. Project & Implementation Management

• Lead SAP EAM/S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, or process improvement projects.
• Coordinate with IT, consultants, and business teams.

4. Business Collaboration

• Work with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and IT to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure effective user adoption and training.

5. Data & Compliance

• Maintain high-quality asset and maintenance master data.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

6. Team Support

• Mentor SAP EAM analysts and support teams.
• Build capabilities within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PM/EAM knowledge.
• Experience leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EAM/PM certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Project management certification (optional)
