KDNI_SAP_EAM _ Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP EAM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, budget, and quality
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand asset management and maintenance requirements
Design and configure SAP EAM functionalities such as preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and asset master data
Oversee system testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for SAP EAM team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and governance models
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of asset management processes
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP EAM/PM
Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration and solution design
Experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects
Solid understanding of asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with S/4HANA EAM is highly preferred
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
SAP EAM/PM certification is preferred
Preferred Competencies
Experience with mobility solutions, predictive maintenance, or IoT integrations
Exposure to global SAP programs and large transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage onshore and offshore delivery teams
