KDNI SAP_ EWM Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP EWM solution design, configuration, and deployment for implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective EWM solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP functional and technical consultants.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with related modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
  • Oversee project planning, documentation, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go‑live readiness activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and distribution processes.
  • Provide expert-level support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors during implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP EWM.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, RF, labor management, and automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA (Embedded/Decentralized).
  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP EWM certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation systems (AGVs, conveyors, robotics, IoT).
  • Experience in complex warehouse scenarios such as cross‑docking, slotting, and yard management.
  • Exposure to SAP TM, SAP AII/Auto-ID, or SAP WM migration projects.
