Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP IBP implementations—Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, and Deployment.
  • Configure IBP modules:
    • Demand Planning (DP)
    • Supply Planning
    • S&OP
    • Response & Supply
    • Inventory Optimization (IO)
    • Control Tower
  • Develop and maintain planning operators, key figures, time profiles, master data, and planning views.
  • Build and maintain CPI‑DS / CI‑DS integration with S/4HANA or ECC.
  • Facilitate workshops with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into IBP configurations.
  • Conduct UAT, cutover preparation, and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  • Provide production support and continuous process improvement post‑go‑live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years of experience as an SAP IBP Consultant (or as required).
  • Hands‑on expertise in at least two IBP modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP).
  • Experience in CPI‑DS/CI‑DS Integration and data modeling.
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and operator logic.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP IBP Certification.
  • Exposure to Forecasting Algorithms, Statistical Models, Machine Learning, or Predictive Planning.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Industry experience (CPG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive, Hi‑Tech) is a plus.
