SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management).
• Manage end-to-end O2C processes, including quotations, sales orders, delivery, and invoicing.
• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FICO) for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including O2C processes.
• Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, tax setups, and intercompany processes.
• SAP ECC or S/4HANA SD module expertise.
• Familiarity with EDI, IDoc, and integration points with MM and FICO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SD certification.
• Experience in global projects and working with offshore teams.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and API integration
