Assistant Manager - SAP BASIS Public Cloud Administration

KDNI_SAP_PUBLIC CLOUD - BASIS - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Assist in managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. Support system configuration, client management, and transport management.
• Performance & Monitoring: Monitor system health, performance, and availability using SAP tools. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SAP security standards and compliance requirements. Support user and role management in SAP Public Cloud.
• Integration & Upgrades: Assist in integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Support system upgrades and patch management.
• Documentation & Support: Maintain BASIS documentation and provide end-user support. Collaborate with SAP support teams for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in SAP BASIS administration, with exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and system monitoring tools.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP BASIS tasks including transport management, performance tuning, and security. Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
