Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP IBP implementation and ongoing support activities.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Perform configuration and testing of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning).
• Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and other planning systems.
• Provide user training and documentation support.
• Monitor system performance and assist in issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP IBP functionalities.
• Understanding of supply chain planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience in SAP IBP configuration and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support, with exposure to leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other planning modules.
• Experience in global supply chain planning.
• Exposure to project coordination or management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
